Chief Executive Officer
Proven leader with 25 years experience in growing both closely held and institutionally funded businesses from early to mid-sized through public offering and beyond. Bought and sold several companies working with both public and private buyers and sellers. Deep experience in strategic planning, capital raising, and exceeding financial results. Industry and market experience includes Enterprise Software, SAAS, Social Networking, Telecommunications, BPO services, and Oracle Consulting.
Product Manager & Development
Attended Florida Atlantic University as a Business major. Graduated 2009 from Big Foot High School, in Wisconsin, where he was involved in basketball, track, and golf. He also has a passion for extreme sports. His dream is to become a successful entrepreneur and travel the world.
Gint Raciunas has over fifteen years of business experience in sales and business development. Prior to co-founding AppSuite, Gint was Vice President of Sales at Office Beacon, an offshore business process outsourcing (BPO) consultancy specializing in reducing operational costs and streamlining business processes for its clients, resulting in savings of over 50%. Gint’s success in growing the BPO business line helped Office Beacon achieve a prestigious ranking in INC’s 5000 list of fastest-growing companies. Prior to Office Beacon, Gint was Vice President of Business Development (Graphic Services Division), for Affinity Express. Gint was instrumental in cultivating and developing Affinity’s offshore outsourcing services in new markets such as Quick Print, Postal Packaging/Print and variable data print market (VDP).
Gint held senior sales & management positions with Daleen Technologies (DALN) and Daleen Resources. Gint also was Vice President of Sound Impulse Electric and started his first business at the age of 22.
Gint studied Business and Psychology at College of DuPage, Lombard, Illinois. He also has completed Miller Heiman curriculum on strategic selling, Large Account Management Process (LAMP), Conceptual Selling and Helping Clients Succeed by Marcus Evans.
Vice President of Sales
Jordan started out in the restaurant industry as kitchen help and continually advanced to Sous Chef. When the opportunity to become a partner of a local restaurant came about, Jordan jumped on the opportunity. The restaurant experience was excellent and was also the avenue that lead Jordan to his current career path of sales management in the Restaurant and Online Media industries.
Throughout Jordan’s sales career he has carried a proven track record as a leader in the business. Jordan has experience in many levels of sales including Sales Executive, Training, District Manager, Regional Manager, and Regional Sales Director. Consistently meeting / exceeding goals and never settling for less than over achievement is Jordan’s mindset.
